BOX FIT this 45-min class is for all fitness levels. Centered around boxing that challenges your body, clears your mind and completely engages your spirit. It incorporates boxing fundamentals and techinique to strengthen and tone your arms, legs, back, core and your confidence. This high-intensity interval training workout sculpts your body and burns calories like nothing you’ve experienced before.
GET FIT this 45-minute class is for all fitness levels. This class focuses on movements humans were built for. Total Body movements that are natural and safe. Movements we use in everyday life such as running, squatting, pressing, pulling etc...
FIT X is a 25-minute version of our original GET FIT, P5Cycle FIT, BOX FIT Classes. These are perfect conditioning workout for a busy schedule - whether you want to squeeze in a cardio workout during your lunch break or to get in shape for a fast-approaching event without putting much thought into the process. Our unique approach to our FIT X 25-minute class gets the heart rate up for maximized results. Super-efficient. GET IN, GET OUT, GET BACK TO LIFE.
