P5Cycle FIT

P5Cycle FIT this 45-minute high energy class is for all fitness levels. With our unique approach to a traditional Cycling class, we incorporate almost equal time off of the stationary bikes, using functional tools and movements to ensure that you achieve a well rounded and EFFICIENT workout. One of our MOST POPULAR CLASSES.

BOX FIT

BOX FIT this 45-min class is for all fitness levels. Centered around boxing that challenges your body, clears your mind and completely engages your spirit. It incorporates boxing fundamentals and techinique to strengthen and tone your arms, legs, back, core and your confidence. This high-intensity interval training workout sculpts your body and burns calories like nothing you’ve experienced before.

StrengthFit

StrengthFit these 25-minute classes are for all fitness levels. They are separated into Upper, Lower, and Total Body classes. These classes focus on movements humans were built for. Building Strength for all movements. Movements we use in everyday life such as running, squatting, pressing, pulling etc...

FIT X

FIT X is a 25-minute version of our original GET FIT, P5Cycle FIT, BOX FIT Classes. These are perfect conditioning workout for a busy schedule - whether you want to squeeze in a cardio workout during your lunch break or to get in shape for a fast-approaching event without putting much thought into the process. Our unique approach to our FIT X 25-minute class gets the heart rate up for maximized results. Super-efficient. GET IN, GET OUT, GET BACK TO LIFE.
